Avada Properties is a rapidly growing property management company that specializes in local cabin rentals. We manage over hundreds of properties in Sevier County. As our list of satisfied clients continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated employees who genuinely care about our guests.
We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team, communicate effectively, and take pride in doing their job correctly.
Maintenance Technician
Job Title:Maintenance Technician
Location:Sevierville, Tennessee
Employee Type:Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule:5 days, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., based on business needs

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and property inspections across our short-term rental portfolio. This position plays a critical role in ensuring each property is guest-ready, safe, and maintained to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.)
Troubleshoot and respond quickly to maintenance issues and guest-related service calls
Complete preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when necessary
Maintain maintenance logs and report completed work
Ensure properties meet company quality and safety standards
Assist with offboarding/onboarding property setup as needed
