NOW HIRING: HVAC Technician / Maintenance Technician

Mend is looking for a reliable, hardworking Certified HVAC Technician to join our growing team servicing short-term rental & residential properties throughout the Nashville area.

HVAC certification is required. General maintenance/handyman experience is a big plus, as there will also be opportunities to assist with other maintenance needs.

We are a 24/7 maintenance operation, so this position includes participation in an on-call rotation with some evenings & weekends required. We offer flexible scheduling & are looking for someone dependable, communicative, professional & comfortable working independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs & preventative maintenance
• Identifying system issues & recommending appropriate repairs
• General maintenance & repair work as needed
• Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, fixture installs, etc.
• Communicating updates, photos & notes through our systems
• Maintaining professionalism in guest-occupied homes
• Participating in rotating after-hours/on-call schedule

Requirements:

• HVAC certification required
• HVAC service, diagnostic & repair experience
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Basic tools
• General maintenance/handyman experience preferred
• Strong communication, time management & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
