Level 4 RN – OR Neurovascular (Moderate Sedation) (Contract)

  • Location: NY, 14642

  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – Aug 8, 2026)

  • Pay Rate: $2315 – $2595 per week

  • Schedule: Days, 10–12 hour shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

    • On-call required for nights and weekends

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Provide moderate sedation nursing care in Main OR (circulate only)

  • Monitor patients, document status, and ensure procedural safety

  • Support multi-specialty surgical cases in Level 1 trauma setting

Requirements

  • Active NY RN License (required)

  • Minimum 2 years OR experience (Level 1 trauma preferred)

  • Moderate sedation experience (required)

  • Interventional Radiology (IR) experience (required)

  • Telemetry experience (required)

  • BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA only)
