Unarmed Security Officer

Job Title: Security Officer (Unarmed)

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Schedule: 11:00pm-7:00am | 4 days per week

**Must be flexible on available days**

We are hiring a Flexible Weekend Security Officer in Waco, TX.

This position focuses on access control, observing and reporting, and conducting patrols to help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Weekend availability required
  • Texas Security Guard License preferred (or must be willing to obtain)
  • Previous security experience preferred
  • Strong observation, reporting, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor access control points, verifying authorized entry of personnel, visitors, and deliveries
  • Conduct foot or mobile patrols of the facility and surrounding property
  • Monitor activity and report suspicious behavior or safety hazards
  • Write incident reports and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
  • Enforce site policies, procedures, and post orders
  • Log inbound and outbound traffic as required
  • Respond to incidents and provide assistance when needed
