Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sr Secretary to join our team. This role provides administrative support to leaders, manages calendars/scheduling, greeting visitors, answering phones, handle confidential information, work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and flexibility.
Schedule:
  • This is an "As Needed" position
  • This person will need to be availble from 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
  • Human Resources experience a plus
  • 3 years of office management, secretary/administrative, or Human Resources experience, in an office setting
  • Computer, Microsoft Office and Outlook skills a must
  • Must be comfortable working in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to make appropriate job decisions while following process and procedures
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
