Weekend 2nd Shift ($2 Shift Premium) (3 Days On, 4 Days Off)

Join the team at BluePrint Engines, a rapidly growing leader in the high-performance engine industry. We are seeking a motivated and dependable CNC Machine Operator for our weekend 2nd shift. This role is integral to our mission of bringing our engines to life, and we provide a supportive environment where your ideas are welcomed, and your growth is encouraged. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate. This is an opportunity to be part of a fun, flexible, and family-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, load, adjust, and operate CNC machines
  • Supervise machines to ensure quality product production
  • Perform daily checks and maintenance on machinery
  • Inspect products using precision measuring tools
  • Complete required performance documentation such as production and quality control logs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
  • No previous CNC experience required
  • Willingness to learn and operate CNC machines
