Warrensburg Plant: 1301 Stahl Drive, Warrensburg, MO 64093

Stahl Specialty Company is seeking Aluminum Foundry Operators. We have immediate openings in our Kingsville, MO locations. Prior manufacturing, foundry, or machining experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is not climate controlled. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Must have steel-toed boots and be motivated to work overtime and weekends as required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Essential Duties:

Foundry Operators:

Install molds into foundry machines, file, saw, buff, operate molds and equipment on a production basis, operate sandblast equipment, punch press, furnaces, sand core machines, and deburring tools, and handle molten aluminum safely and without creating turbulence.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to and performing tasks as assigned by department supervisor
  • Basic operation of melting equipment, hand tools, and general manufacturing equipment
  • Adherence to all company standards of conduct including safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work as a team to pour metal into casting molds

Qualifications

  • Outstanding work ethic and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to read and understand operating procedures and specifications with guidance from supervisor
  • Ability to read and understand the English language
  • Ability to wear PPE including safety glasses, gloves
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to stay focused with strong attention to detail
