• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards

End to End implementation experience in SAP PP with in-depth understanding of the modules in SAP S4Hana PP/MM
Master data - Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment), Planning & Forecasting - MRP
Production processes and it's SAP solutions - Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban, Capacity planning
Support, make-to-order (MTO), make-to-stock (MTS), Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing
MES integration- Experience integrating SAP PP with MES / Production Execution Systems (e.g., SAP ME/DMC, Camstar, Apriso, or custom MES). Ability to design and support end-to-end integration flows, Strong coordination with technical/middleware teams (CPI/PI/PO or other integration layers) and MES teams to complete integration testing and go-live readiness.
Production order management & execution including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing and reporting, settlement
Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP PP and SAP FICO (Product costing)
Preferred Skill and Experience
Configure and support full MM cycle including Procurement Cycle and MRP knowledge related to procurement area
Direct Procurement (strong knowledge STO, subcontracting, consignment stock (item category, inventory, evaluation class how are we maintaining),
integration of MM with PP or SD, pricing procedure, moment types involved in sub-contracting)
Able to analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solution
Strong hands-on experience in PP/MM , EDI/IDOC Integration and system integration areas
Knowledge and hands-on experience of B2B Integration and system to system integration of SAP through EDI/IDOC and other interface methods is essential
Develop and recommend changes in development standards, methodologies, and practices.
Work with business users to identify business processes with opportunities for improved efficiency or competitiveness
Good Analytical and Communication skills
Project and talent management
Ability and willingness to work with global teams across time zones.
Semicon industry experience is an added advantage

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
