  • Partner with Engineering and Product Management throughout the New Product Development (NPD) process to define and structure SAP data requirements.
  • Lead SAP readiness activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring systems and data are prepared for each development phase.
  • Create and maintain SAP product structures to support development, prototype, pilot, and production phases of new products.
  • Ensure all material master, BOM, and manufacturing data is fully established and validated prior to production release.

  • Investigate root causes of data-related production disruptions and implement corrective and preventive actions in SAP.
  • Validate master data setup to ensure effective MRP runs, purchasing processes, inventory control, and production execution.
  • Support testing and implementation of SAP ECC process improvements related to engineering and manufacturing data.
  • Establish data ownership models and governance standards for SAP PP/MM master data.
  • Lead master data cleansing, standardization, and harmonization initiatives across plants and product lines.

  • Improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-functional workflow execution through better data design and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements related to SAP data and change management.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to align SAP data with business needs.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders involved in product creation, configuration, and change management.
  • Drive accountability for timely completion of required inputs, approvals, and deliverables related to SAP data and engineering changes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on SAP engineering data, configuration practices, and process requirements for cross-functional teams.
