  • Maintain and enhance data quality through governance, automation, validation rules, and ongoing monitoring initiatives.
  • Drive proactive platform health and security by managing release updates, security reviews, health checks, optimizer recommendations, and compliance-related activities.
  • Champion user adoption through training, change management, communication strategies, and ongoing support that enable teams to maximize platform value.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process guides, and platform standards to support long-term sustainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and integrated applications, including DocuSign, Ironclad, Geopointe, Copado, Own Recover, DemandTools, and other critical business systems.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize Salesforce technologies and adjacent solutions, including AI capabilities, data enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, productivity solutions, performance management applications, and planning tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams and technical stakeholders, leveraging knowledge of Apex, triggers, and Salesforce architecture to support complex platform initiatives and integrations.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience supporting and optimizing Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, or related credentials preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, security model, automation tools, reporting, dashboards, and user management.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, sustainable, and best-practice Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions while balancing user experience, scalability, and platform governance.
  • Strong knowledge of change management, release management, and Salesforce governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting DevOps and deployment processes across multiple Salesforce environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead platform enhancements, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.
