National Indoor RV Centers is looking for a Walkthrough Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing customers with a thorough walkthrough and demonstration of their newly purchased RV. They ensure that customers understand the features and operation of their RV, answer any questions, and provide instructions on proper usage and maintenance.
As a Walkthrough Specialist you will:
  • Conduct thorough walkthroughs of new RVs with customers, explaining the features, systems, and operation of the RV.
  • Demonstrate how to properly use and maintain the RV's appliances, electronics, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems, and other components.
  • Answer any questions the customer may have regarding the RV's features, systems, or operation.
  • Provide advice and recommendations for safe and efficient RV use and maintenance.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchase and have a positive experience.
  • Document any issues or concerns that arise during the walkthrough, report them to the appropriate department for resolution, and follow through to ensure completion.
  • Keep up to date with the latest RV technology, systems, and features.
  • Assist with RV deliveries and orientations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in RV sales or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of RV systems, features, and operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise instructions and explanations.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to communicate challenges and opportunities concisely and clearly
  • This is a customer-facing role which requires a professional image and delivery of exceptional customer service skills.
  • Valid Driver's license free of suspensions within the last 3 years
  • Must be 18 years of age

Working Conditions:
  • The RV Walk through Specialist typically works in an RV dealership or sales lot
  • Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  • Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness
  • The work environment can be noisy and dusty.
  • The job may require working weekends and holidays to accommodate customer needs.
