We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our dynamic team in Beaverton, OR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our projects by accurately assessing and estimating roofing costs, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our clients. Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects.
  • Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary data for estimating.
  • Research and source materials, labor, and subcontractor costs to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals to clients, including cost breakdowns and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project changes.

Qualifications
