RNFA (Perioperative Services) โ€“ San Luis Obispo, CA
Pay: $3,240/week | 40 Hours | Rotating Days | 13 Weeks

Start Date: 05/26/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 5x8s | Rotating Shifts (6:00 AM โ€“ 2:30 PM / 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM)


Key Highlights:
URGENT NEED
Call required โ€“ at least 2x/week + every 3rd weekend
Level III NICU & Trauma Center environment


Requirements:
Minimum 2 years RNFA experience โ€“ Required
Experience with spine, ortho, and robotic surgeries โ€“ Required
Active CA RN License โ€“ Required
ACLS, BLS, PALS โ€“ Required


Preferred:
CNOR Certification
Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Nursing


Additional Details:
Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during perioperative procedures
Strong OR circulation and sterile technique experience required
Experience with patient positioning, surgical prep, and perioperative care planning
