Position: Weekend RN Supervisor
Location: Lakeland, FL
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM -11:00 PM; 16 hours per day)
Salary: $36 – $42 per hour

Join Our Team of Dedicated Nursing Leaders

Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents while supporting and guiding our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee nursing services to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility standards

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to responsibilities

  • Participate in facility surveys and government inspections

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing residents’ discharge plans

  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery and staff performance

  • Address and resolve concerns or complaints, reporting findings to the Director of Nursing

  • Welcome and assist new residents to ensure a smooth transition into the facility

  • Accompany physicians on rounds as needed and facilitate effective communication

  • Monitor medication administration and treatment schedules

  • Provide direct nursing care when necessary

  • Assist with performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs

Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida

  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
