Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in rehabilitation nursing. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to support patients in a rehab setting. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, with a minimum of two years of nursing experience and an active California RN license.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation facility.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Support float assignments to medical-surgical and orthopedic units as needed.
  • Participate in on-call rotations depending on patient census.
  • Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including infection control and safety standards.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of California (pending licenses not accepted).
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
