  • Interim HealthCare is seeking a Full Time/Part Time Home Care Supervisor to join our growing team in the Wallace, North Carolina area! This is a great career opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse/ RN with previous home care supervisory experience. This position requires a daily commute to our Wallace office location. Company car will be provided for all nurse home care supervisory visits!

The ideal candidate would be a Registered Nurse who has a strong supervisory background, critical thinking skills, and a working knowledge of home care. Our Registered Nurse/ RN Supervisor would provide quality oversight of patient care, collaborate with management to develop and implement processes, and always has regulation compliance, policies, and client outcomes top of mind.
Essential Duties Include: • Supervise, evaluate, motivate, and develop professional and paraprofessional employees • Follow accepted standards of clinical practice • Use critical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team to efficiently and effectively manage the assigned patient population • Contribute to business growth by presenting information, education, and support to external customers as requested

Home Care Supervisor Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Registered Nurse with active, unrestrictive license in the State of North Carolina
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Two (2) - Three (3) years of geriatric experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred.
  • One (1) to Two (2) years of home care and./ or facility staffing or related health care organization experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years.
