Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding weekend opportunity? Home Helpers Home Care of Belmont is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Weekend Service Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and support for our clients and caregivers. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and families throughout our community. Responsibilities

  • Complete new client assessments and weekend start-of-care visits as needed.
  • Conduct supervisory visits and reassessments in accordance with North Carolina regulations.
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to caregivers in the field.
  • Respond to weekend client and caregiver concerns, helping resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure continuity of care by communicating updates to the weekday leadership team.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our electronic medical record system.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling and operations teams to address urgent staffing or client care needs.
  • Participate in quality assurance and maintain compliance with agency policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
