As an RN/BSN you will:
  • Provides professional nursing care according in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and organizational policies and procedures. Employs critical thinking skills, assesses residents' condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors residents' progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate resident care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit/department goals.

New Grad Starting Rate:

Hourly Pay Range:
$36.50 - $48.00 an hour - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Nurses will earn an additional differential based on the shift and the days worked:
Weekend AM- $3.00 an hour
Weekday PM/ON- $3.00 an hour
Weekend PM/ON- $4.00 an hour
