Position Overview:

The RN Supervisor at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling plays a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care, overseeing staff, collaborating with physicians, and providing both physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify patient service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual patients, as well as others in a position to understand service needs.

Requirements:

  • Current NYS RN Licensure (BSN preferred but not required).
