Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (7 On/7 Off)
After-hours support. Mostly remote. Critical impact.

Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing comfort, support, and responsive end-of-life care when patients and families need it most. The After Hours On-Call Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing support, symptom management, and crisis intervention to hospice patients receiving care in home and facility settings during evenings, weekends, and after-hours coverage while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, quality care.

Schedule, Hours & Territory
 • Full-time dedicated on-call role with a rotating 7-days on/7-days off schedule
 • Coverage hours are 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM and the full weekend
 • Mt. Pleasant, MI and up to a one-hour radius surrounding

 • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
 • Hospice field experience preferred
 • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
 • Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred

Field Role Requirements
 • Active driver’s license
 • Ability to pass a criminal background check
 • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
 • Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
 • Current CPR certification as required for the role
