Location: NW OKC

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a leadership opportunity in a supportive long-term care environment? Voyage Long-Term Care is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee operations, provide direct patient care, and ensure the facility runs smoothly during the weekends.
What You'll Do:
  • Work the floor from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, providing hands-on nursing care to residents.
  • Oversee and support staff, ensuring quality care and efficient workflow.
  • Dedicate 4 additional hours to supervisory tasks, including reviewing charting, managing weekend reportables, and ensuring compliance with facility policies.
  • Act as the on-site leader, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the facility is operating effectively.
  • Communicate with leadership regarding weekend operations and follow up on any concerns.
