What You'll Do 

  • Provide direct patient care to residents on a weekend schedule (Saturdays and Sundays)

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Assist with administering medications, treatments, and therapies as needed

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the medical team

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning
