About the Role:

The Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor at Cottage at Woodland Hills plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care during weekend shifts. This position is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. The supervisor acts as a clinical resource and mentor, providing guidance and support to nursing personnel to promote best practices and patient safety. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and resolve any issues that arise during the weekend. Ultimately, the Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor ensures that all nursing operations run smoothly and that patients receive compassionate, effective care throughout the weekend.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
