Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Fulton Manor Care Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Responsibilities

  • Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines

  • Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility

  • Meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts' services, programs, and activities

  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program

  • Participate in facility surveys and participate in the updating of resident discharge plans as needed

  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required

  • Complete accident/incident reports and perform administrative duties as necessary
