Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as a Weekend RN Supervisor. This position offers flexible weekend shifts of 8 or 12 hours, depending on facility needs.

Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff during weekend shifts

  • Ensure high-quality nursing care and excellent resident outcomes

  • Support and assist nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) throughout the shift

  • Respond to changes in resident condition and provide appropriate nursing interventions

  • Complete accurate nursing documentation and follow all facility policies

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Follow established procedures for medication management, incident reporting, physician communication, admissions, discharges, and resident transfers

  • Assist with clinical problem-solving and support the nursing team as needed

  • Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications
  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently while leading a team

  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required
