Position: Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice
Schedule: Part-time | every other Saturday & Sunday | 8:00am - 8:00pm (days) or 8:00pm - 8:00am (nights)
Territory: Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties
Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Response Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.
