We offer evidence-based treatment and services to children and adolescents who struggle from complex emotional and mental health conditions in a secure residential treatment facility setting. FULL-TIME NIGHT shift = (3) 12 hr shifts 5:00pm - 5:00am OR FULL-TIME DAY shift = (3) 12 hr shifts 5:00am - 5:00pm OR FULL-TIME SWING shift = (5) 8 hr shifts 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Primary Facility Location: 763 NORTH 1650 WEST, Springville, UT

Secondary Location - 4501 N. University Ave, Provo, UT (must be available to work at either location)

Qualifications:

  • Current license to practice nursing in Utah (or eligible to receive or renew)
