Springside Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsfield, MA, is currently seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (Saturdays & Sundays, 7AM - 7PM). Come join our team!

Requirements for Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN)

  • Must possess valid unencumbered, Massachusetts RN or LPN License and current CPR certification.

  • Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care

  • Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills

  • Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN):

  • Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges

  • Supervise Weekend RN, LPN, and CNA staff

  • Respond to family inquiries 

  • Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
