HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

 Number of Beds -33 Private rooms (all telemetry monitored)

·         Number of Staff – Staffing rations are 4-5 pts/RN

·         Type of staff:  for full capacity of 33 pts

o    Day Shift – 1 charge RN; 8 RNS; 3 CNAs/2TT/1US (Sitters as needed)

o    Night Shift – 1 charge RN; 7-8 RNs; 2 CNAs; 2TT; US until 11pm

·         Patient Ratios – 4-5 pts/RN

·         Type of equipment – busy and fast paced with great teamwork and leadership visibility
