At Aspire Allergy & Sinus, our Registered Nurses play an essential role in helping patients breathe easier and live healthier lives. This is an ideal opportunity for nurses with 1-2 years of clinical experience who want to grow their clinical judgment in a specialty practice while working alongside providers in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Unlike many outpatient nursing roles, you'll remain hands-on with patients every day-combining direct patient care, education, clinical assessments, medication administration, and critical thinking to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Schedule & Clinic Locations
Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Monday-Thursday: Flexible start time between 6:45 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., with shifts ending around 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (half-day Fridays!)

Primary coverage in Colorado Springs clinics, with occasional support in Pueblo or Castle Rock as needed

What You'll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while helping create an exceptional patient experience.
  • Assess patients by obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists
  • Perform allergy testing and administer treatments following established clinical protocols
  • Administer subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular, biologic, and immunotherapy injections
  • Perform spirometry and other diagnostic testing
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately when necessary
  • Educate patients on allergy conditions, medications, treatment plans, and home care instructions
  • Collaborate closely with providers to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Assist providers during examinations and procedures
  • Accurately document patient care within the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Assist with phone triage, patient communication, and care coordination
  • Track clinical inventory and support medication and supply management
  • Cross-train to support front office operations, including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and assisting with treatment coordination
  • Travel between clinic locations within your assigned region as needed
  • Must be willing to cross-train in front office responsibilities to support full-cycle clinic operations. Front office duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Scheduling patient appointments.
    • Collecting patient payments.
    • Supporting treatment coordination, including enrolling patients in their treatment of choice.
    • Obtain CT authorizations.

Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
  • Experience administering injections and medications
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel between multiple clinic locations within the assigned region
  • Two or more years of nursing experience
  • Outpatient, allergy, ENT, pulmonary, family practice, or primary care experience
  • Experience with allergy immunotherapy, biologic medications, or infusion/injection therapy
  • Experience using NextGen, Epic, Athena, or similar electronic health records
