Job Description
Intensive Care Unit RN assignment at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. Night 3x12-hour block schedule caring for adult and geriatric critically ill patients with a 1:2 ratio (occasionally 1:3). Provides care for respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, renal failure, DKA, MODS, and post-cardiac arrest patients using Epic documentation, CRRT (Prismaflex/Prismax), advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator support. Floats to SICU, CICU, and NSICU as needed. Minimum six weekend shifts every six weeks; no call required.
