Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | Full-Time | Massachusetts

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced home health Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home health visit teams throughout Massachusetts. We are currently hiring for multiple full time roles, including:

  • Start of Care RN
  • Preceptor
  • Case Manager
  • Clinical Associate

These positions require experience with OASIS.

You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
  • Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
  • Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
  • Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
  • Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:
  • A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
