supervising nursing staff the progress of residents, plan of care, and care continuum. Provide various treatments as recommended by the physician. Perform
physical assessments of residents. Handle admissions and/or discharges should the need occur.
Nursing Supervisor (RN) qualifications include:
Current Georgia RN License.
2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in LTC/skilled nursing community).
Excellent leadership skills.
Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
Genuine passion for working with seniors.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead and foster teamwork.
Good documentation skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Complies with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties.
