Job description

Haralson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Extensive clinical experience a must, prior administrative experience and training in both nursing and administration.

Shifts Available: Weekends - Saturday & Sunday 7am-7pm

2 weekdays 3pm -11pm with negotiable days

Duties of RN Supervisor:

- Leadership Skills

- Educates employees/residents/visitors according to need. Conducts in-services at DON request

- Attends/Leads all medical emergencies

- Provides excellent customer service

- Addresses all resident/visitor concerns

- Monitors all nursing systems in EMR

- Conducts quality measure/quality assurance rounds throughout the shift

- Completes thorough assessments along with the Charge Nurse in any residents with a change in condition

- Handles all staffing conflicts and reports all call outs to appropriate personnel

- Handles all environmental issues/emergencies within a timely manner
