About The Role
As a Registered Nurse| RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
Requirements
  • Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience required
  • Minimum of two years of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in a skilled nursing facility highly preferred
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)
