We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Lake Correctional Institution located in Clermont, Florida 

The Registered Nurse Supervisor (Mental Health) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

  • Associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
  • Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
  • Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
  • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Supervisory experience preferred 
  • Corrections experience preferred 
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
