What you’ll do (under RN/LPN supervision and a written plan of care)

  • Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful hands‑on care.
  • Support daily living activities and independence (e.g., personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, community engagement, and transportation to appointments as assigned).
  • Accurately document care and observations each shift in a timely, complete manner.
  • Collaborate with the supervising nurse and local office team to ensure quality care and service continuity.


What we’re looking for

  • Active Mississippi CNA listed on the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry (MSDH) (required)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance (role may include client transportation per care plan)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
