Bost, Inc. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work at Fort Smith, Booneville, and surrounding area facilities in Arkansas. Bost is looking for an energetic and compassionate RN to join our team and develop positive interpersonal relationships with the individuals with disabilities who reside and work at our ICFs, waiver, and ADC programs. Eight-hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays are required for full-time positions. In return, Bost offers a comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, and competitive salary based on non-hospital or nursing home settings to all full-time team members. PRN opportunities are also available. Applicants must be licensed in the State of Arkansas as an RN. Applicants must also have a valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation.

Under the supervision of a Director of Nursing (DON), the RN performs delegated tasks within the standards and scope of nursing practice.

Responsibilities include the administering of medications, administer monthly injections, observe, record, and report the residentโ€™s condition and reaction to medications, assist with completing quarter physical assessments, follow protocols for drug regimen for each resident as developed by interdisciplinary team, report seizure activity and follow the seizure protocol in assisting the individual during the seizure to ensure safety. Other nursing duties as assigned.

Workdays / Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Every other weekend and holiday
