We’re seeking a dependable and professional Weekend RN Supervisor to join our growing team! This role is essential to maintaining quality resident care and nursing operations during weekend shifts. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency in attendance are critical, along with the ability to multitask, lead with professionalism, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.


Your Impact as a Weekend RN Supervisor

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties appropriately based on resident census and staff availability

  • Oversee Medication Management: Monitor medication administration and coordinate reorders

  • Implement Care Plans: Ensure care plans are followed according to company policy and physician orders

  • Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments, and serve as staff nurse as needed

  • Manage Documentation: Transcribe physician orders promptly, complete assessments, and maintain accurate records

  • Lead Shift Communication: Participate in shift reports and ensure staff are informed of care needs

  • Ensure Compliance: Enforce infection control procedures and safe work practices
