Registered Nurse (RN)
SMP Health - St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND
SMP Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support positive outcomes for the residents we serve.
This is an opportunity to use your nursing expertise in a collaborative, mission-driven environment where your work has a direct impact on resident health, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the unit
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
  • Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead and support a care team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
  • Comfortable using electronic medical record systems
Pay & Benefits
$38.00 - $42.00 per hour
Plus shift differentials:
  • $3.00/hour PM shift differential
  • $4.00/hour NOC shift differential
