The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing:

  • Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
  • Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
  • Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
  • Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing

License: Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Arizona

Experience: One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.ZR
