Job description

Hourly pay range: $63.19 min. - $91.63 max.
Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, the House Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of activities to enhance patient placement and flow. Oversees all patient admissions, discharges, and transfer activity while monitoring capacity both currently and prospectively. Responsible for facilitating continuous throughput of patients from all points of entry by utilizing effective verbal communication and swift clinical decision making. The House Supervisor is the liaison between all clinical departments.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
  1. Three to five years recent clinical experience preferably in a variety of clinical areas desired
  2. Bachelors of Nursing degree preferred

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
  1. Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse required
  2. Current CPR certification required
  3. ACLS is required within 90 days of hire
  4. MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
