Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Case Manager specializing in Utilization Management for a travel assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work within an acute care setting, focusing on comprehensive patient assessments, discharge planning, and maintaining efficient patient progression.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel
  • Utilization Review: Collaborate with the Care Team
  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments to drive discharge
  • Drive stay progression and expedite patients' transitions to the next level of care
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate Epic documentation
  • Work primarily in assigned units but cover other units as needed
Requirements of the RN - Case Management - Travel
  • State of Indiana RN License or compact license
  • Minimum of 2 years of Inpatient Case Manager experience
  • Competent with MCG and InterQual
  • Prefer certification in Case Management
  • BLS Certification
