CNA/RMA | Full-Time | 6 PM - 6 AM
Pay Range: $22.50 - $26.50 per hour, based on experience + Shift Differential Eligibility

What You Will Do:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Accurately administer prescribed medications as per RMA certification

  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

  • Promote a safe, clean, and homelike environment

  • Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to ensure individualized care

What You Bring:
  • Current Virginia certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) license

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

  • Availability to work night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM)
