Job Summary:We are seeking a TIG Welder to join our production team. This position is responsible for performing TIG welding operations to assemble stainless steel components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality parts production, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The TIG Welder plays a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards while contributing to our culture of teamwork and innovation.
Schedule:- Weekend Night Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
- Assist with setup and operation of TIG welding machines and tools
- Perform TIG welds following supervisor instructions, blueprints, or work orders
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety rules and manufacturing procedures
- Support process improvements and product quality initiatives
- Perform additional work-related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Experience in manufacturing or metalworking environment
- Completion of a welding certification or technical school program
- Basic understanding of TIG welding, metal fabrication, or blueprint reading
- Almost continual standing or walking
- Occasional kneeling, bending, and manual dexterity with hands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
