We are a well-established, physician-led rheumatology practice seeking a high-performing Medical Assistant who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and patient-centered care.

If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high level of responsibility, this is a standout opportunity in a stable, specialty practice setting.

How This Role Is Different
This is not a high-turnover, entry-level MA position. We are looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of their role
- Understands the importance of accuracy in specialty care
- Wants to grow within a practice—not just rotate through one
Company Description
We are a well-established, physician-led rheumatology practice with two providers, offering a highly collaborative environment where team members take ownership, work closely with the physician, and play a meaningful role in managing complex autoimmune conditions and delivering consistent, relationship-driven patient care.
