POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate with hands-on expertise in scanning and labeling operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin), highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately scan incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld or fixed scanners
  • Apply labels to products, pallets, and shipments in accordance with company standards
  • Verify product quantities and item descriptions against shipping and receiving documentation
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace and label/scanning stations
  • Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or mislabeled items to supervisor immediately
  • Assist with receiving, sorting, and staging freight as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
  • Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in a scanning or labeling role
  • Proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish (spoken and/or written)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with RF scanning devices and label printing systems
  • Familiarity with inventory control procedures
  • Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repetitively
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
  • Bending, reaching, and stooping required
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Benefits become available after the successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, including health insurance, paid time off, and a pay increase.
