Job description

The Display Tech I is responsible for operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, powered pallet jack, and pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and display production areas. This role also requires accurate tracking and documentation of material, packaging, supply, and finished goods movement. The position reports directly to the Displays Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the display production line to support daily operations.
  • Move raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items between the warehouse and production areas.
  • Accurately record the movement of materials, packaging, supplies, and finished goods using issue and return tags or RF scanning equipment.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate shortages of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Remove line waste and help maintain an efficient production environment.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment and follow company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and warehouse operations.
  • Be available to work extended hours based on production needs, including evenings and weekends when required.

Work Environment:
  • Production areas have moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Production areas are temperature controlled, which may include cold or hot environments.
  • You may be required to work overtime, which may include Saturdays, or the possibility of working in another department as needed.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work within temperature-controlled environments (Heat/Cold)
  • Walk on slippery wet surfaces.
  • Hand/eye coordination.
  • Handling (holding, grasping).
  • Seeing/depth perception.
  • Walk/stand 100% of shift.
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Occasionally required to reach at/or above shoulder level.
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 50 lbs and occasionally assist with team lifts of up to 110 lbs.
  • Repetitive motions and movements throughout the scheduled shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
