We're looking for a Social Worker to join our Assertive Community Treatment team!
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Social Worker will deliver treatment, rehabilitation, crisis intervention and support services utilizing accepted standards and best practices competencies to aid clients in achieving their identified goals.
Status: Permanent full-time, 37.5 hours per week, some evening hours and weekends required. Note, this posting is for an active vacancy.
Salary: $67,419.02-$79,316.51 annually. (Candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary).
Location: This position is based out of our 60 West Drive, Brampton office. Due to the nature of this program, this role is on-site and/or community based.
