Job description


  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS

  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments

  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload

  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services

  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires

  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements

  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health


Requirements

  • Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States

  • Master’s Degree

  • 1+ years of experience

  • 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred

Demonstrates expertise in conducting assessments and developing individualized programs for clients, while effectively training and supervising staff in ABA methodologies. Proficient in managing client data and providing family training in accordance with authorization requirements.
