Job description

We are a florist and event design company dedicated to helping our clients with all moments of their lives. We have a brick and mortar location in downtown Frankfort, and looking for creative & enthusiastic individuals to join our team!


This is a part-time role as an Operations & Sales Associate located in Downtown Frankfort, IL with opportunity for full-time. Customer service is #1 priority. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming (and fun!) environment for clients and walk in customers. In addition, you'll be part of the team and contribute to marketing efforts and general store management like hard goods, organization, order fulfillment. There is opportunity to expand role to include floral related day-to-day tasks such as creating flower arrangements, curating recipes, and helping with delivery workflow.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the overall success of Moment in Time
  • Floral experience and/or creative or design experience preferred
  • Passion for events and celebrations
  • Strong attention to detail & maintain standards without active direction
